THE BRIEF

The Toll Bridge needed a full repositioning to move away from its smokehouse roots and establish itself as a refined dining destination. The objective was clear: attract a clientele willing to invest in premium dining, increase the average spend per head, and align the brand with the elevated experience it aimed to provide.

This shift required more than a new menu—it needed a complete brand transformation. The visual identity, website, and marketing strategy had to communicate sophistication, exclusivity, and an exceptional dining experience while carefully managing the transition for existing customers.
