Public Liability

& Indemnity 

Truene Creative Ltd is fully insured to deliver marketing, design, and photography services with confidence and professionalism.

 

We hold Public and Products Liability cover and Professional Indemnity insurance, offering full protection for the work we carry out. Additional Excess Protection is also in place.

Client Onboarding Process 2025/2026

Once you come on board, we’ll provide a service agreement, set up a shared folder, and book your planning session to define the specifics of the service you've purchased.

 

Ihis step gets everything in place so we can hit the ground running.

Digital Platform Access, Limitations & Intellectual Property Agreement
